What is a "Red Line Meeting"?

Before the construction of your new home begins, you will be invited to a Pre­Construction Meeting (Red Line Meeting). Your Sales Manager can then introduce you to the Construction Superintendent who is responsible for overseeing the complete construction of your new home. At this time we will:

  •  Review the placement of the home, easements, and any specific community restrictions that would affect bow the home fits on the home site.
  • Review the Contract, change orders and decorator selections to ensure that all parties are in agreement about what the finished product will be. No additions, decorative improvements, or any alterations are permitted other than those performed by our employees or contractors in accordance with your Sales Agreement, until after Closing.
